工作职责
1.Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop an d implement HR strategies that align with the company“s goals an d objectives. 2.Talent Acquisition: job postings, candidate screening, interviews, an d onboarding for various positions within the organization. 3.Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to management an d employees, providing guidance on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, an d performance management. 4.Training an d Development: Identify training needs, design an d implement training programs to enhance employee skills an d competencies, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 5.Performance Management: Manage the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers an d employees on setting goals, conducting evaluations, an d addressing performance issues. 6.Employee Engagement: Develop an d implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, an d retention, including employee surveys, recognition programs, an d team-building activities. 7.Change Management: Lead change management initiatives, helping the organization adapt to new processes, technologies, Or organizational structures.
工作要求
1.Bachelor“s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Or related field. Master“s degree Or HR certification 2.Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic HR business partnering. 3.Experience in the freight forwarding Or logistics industry is a plus. 4.Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, an d best practices. 5.Excellent communication, interpersonal, an d leadership skills. 6.Mandarin Speaker preferred 7.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 8.Proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, an d other relevant software.
